The Cleat Report WAS a collection baseball themed commentary, statistical analysis, stories, and other relevant content associated with America’s Pastime: baseball.
It WAS born out of a love for the game and a desire to discuss every detail about baseball. Now, the Cleat Report aims to provide readers with information on helping theme succeed as baseball writers.
This blog is written by Tim Boyle, me, and is a collection of his, my, past writings. As of 12/28/2015, all future posts will be in regards to his personal successes and advice he can pass along to other writers. You’ll find a lot of junk on this website, nearly 1,000 posts I made from mid-2014 over the course of the year. I’ve written in a lot of places and finally in 2015 finally discovered ways to make a nice chunk of change writing about baseball. Since the Cleat Report was sitting lifeless, I decided to turn this site into something aimed at helping other writers succeed.
Using my past experiences and everything I learn moving forward, I hope to turn the Cleat Report into a place where other writers can jump into the writing lifestyle too.
